More than a year ago, we rallied in celebration of DC opting out of S-Comm, chanting, “We are not Arizona.” Now ICE is forcing the district and everywhere else into the program, but we’re not done fighting and we’re not going to let them turn us around.
On the 25th we’ll be at the Supreme Court to protest SB1070 but it’s two days later that we have the opportunity to protect our own city from Arizonification.
DC needs to protect our residents. The last thing we need is another platform for ICE’s misinformation. When it comes to S-Comm, the jury is in: the program should be ended. Please rally with us to let them know you feel the same.
